Where can I get help with my iPad when the college is closed?

The AppleCare+ Helpline, (800) 275-2273) is free of charge while the iPad is under warranty, and is available for your iPad hardware and Apple app questions from 8am-11:15pm Eastern, 7 days a week.  (Hours are subject to change.)

Apple store Genius Bars are available for free assistance with your iPad hardware and Apple app questions during normal Apple store hours.  Walk-ins are welcome, but you may save time by making a reservation.

Tips: 

  • Need to get your iPad fixed?  Bring it to the Help Desk and we’ll have you up and running within minutes.  After you graduate, you can bring the iPad to Apple to be fixed.
  • Have a question, but don’t want to wait on hold?  You can have the AppleCare specialist ring you back at an appointed time.
  • Can’t remember how to use features in Apple apps like iTunes U, Pages and iBooks?  AppleCare+ covers Apple-branded app questions, too.
  • Whenever possible, back up your iPad to iCloud or iTunes (via your computer) before repairing or replacing the iPad.
