What happens if the Swedish Institute iPad is damaged?

Each Swedish Institute iPad is covered by a 2-year AppleCare+ extended warranty that covers the iPad, battery, included USB cable and power adapter, and coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage from the handling of the iPad, each incident subject to a $49 service fee plus applicable tax. If your iPad is accidentally damaged, you may take it to the Swedish Institute Help Desk during staffed hours to be repaired or replaced for a$49 + tax fee, up to two times during the 2-year warranty.

We strongly recommend that you purchase a case to protect the iPad from accidental damage.
