Sending Notability files

Notability is a great app for sharing and editing notes. With the voice recording integrated with the actual note file, you’re able to share even more information with your peers. To send and receive notability files, follow the steps below.

Sending Notability (.note) files

  1. Open Notability
  2. Select whichever file you want to send
  3. Tap the “Share” icon at the top left, it looks like a square with an arrow going out of it.
  4. Select however you want to send it
  5. Tap where it says “Format PDF”
  6. Change the file format to “Note”

Making sure that the file is formatted as a “Note” file ensures that all of your information, edits, and most importantly, voice recordings are sent as well.
