Missing Applications

Make sure your iPad is connected to the internet, then restart it by holding the power button at the top-right, and turning it back on once it’s off.

Make sure your iPad software is up to date

  1. Tap the “Settings” application on your home screen
  2. Tap “General” on the left-hand side
  3. Tap “Software Update” on the right-hand side
  4. Tap “Install Now”
