Application Not Working Properly

If your application isn’t working properly, follow the steps below in order-

  1. Reset your iPad by turning it off and on again
  2. If the issue continues, uninstall the application in question (be sure to back up anything that won’t be saved).
  3. If neither #1 or #2 worked, then please reach out to us at helpdesk@swedishinstitute.edu
