Census 2020 Hiring Event – Thursday January 30th

On Thursday, January 30th representatives from the US Census Bureau will be on campus recruiting for employment opportunities. Stop by the table outside of the student lounge from 11:00-6:00 to gather more information.

PCM Suite
PCM Suite is the replacement for Topschool. You can access by following the instructions below.

  1. Go to https://studentportal.swedish.pcmsuites.software/
  2. Enter your username, which is your personal email address the school has on file.
  3. Enter your social security number without the dashes.
  4. Click Login.
  5. You will be prompted to re-enter your password, which is your social security number without the dashes.
  6. Next, you will enter your new password and re-type.
  7. Enter a Security Question and Answer.
  8. Click Save. Your Student Portal Account has now been established.

Microsoft Teams:
Issue: Heavy traffic
Users may experience lower quality video/audio, drops from meetings, trouble accessing meetings
Microsoft is monitoring and adjusting their infrastructure to accommodate increased traffic due to Covid-19.

Microsoft Stream:
Issue: Heavy traffic
Users may experience lower resolution playback
Microsoft may reduce video resolution to accommodate increased traffic due to Covid-19.
