Username Conventions

  • Student Email: firstname+lastname@theswede.me
  • Topschool: firstname+lastname
  • AppleID: firstname+lastname@theswede.me
  • Bookshelf: firstname+lastname@theswede.me

Password information

For accounts that the Help Desk creates, the default passwords are on the Student Account Worksheet that was provided when you started school.

The Help Desk can reset passwords for email and Topschool. To request a password reset, please complete the Password Reset Request Form.

To reset passwords for your AppleID, Bookshelf and Moodle accounts, you will need to complete the forgot password functions of those websites as we do not have the ability to reset those passwords.
