Password Resets or ID Replacements

Please note that while the campus is closed we will not be replacing ID Cards. Please wait until the campus is open to make requests for replacement ID Cards.

The Help Desk can only reset passwords for TopSchool and @theswede.me accounts.

  • To reset your Moodle account, you have to complete the forgot password form on the Moodle site.
  • For Schology accounts please see the Program Director for the Surgical Technologist Program.
  • For Chalk accounts please see the Program Director or Dean for your program.
