Sharing files via Google Drive

Google Drive allows you to upload files to be accessed by others or yourself on different devices. This means you can upload photos, documents, videos, or audio recordings to Google Drive as a backup, or to share with your peers. If you need help setting up Google Drive, please follow the steps below.

  1. Download Google Drive from the app store.
  2. Once you open it, sign in using your Swedish Institute email (ending in @theswede.me)
  3. To upload a document or file, tap the “+” at the bottom-right
  4. Here you can select a specific file or if you want to upload a Google Doc/Sheet, you can do so.
